Thank you for shopping at byexora. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders. By placing an order on byexora.com, you accept the terms set out below. This policy is operated by GROUP BRITOX LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 77552034, Business Registration No. 77552034-000-01-25-9), with its registered office at Room 517, New City Centre, 2 Lei Yue Mun Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes may be limited or unavailable; please contact us before placing such an order to confirm availability.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. and Hong Kong public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During promotional periods, sales, new product launches, or peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods, Times, and Rates

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.


  • Standard Shipping (United States): typically 5–10 business days transit time after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (United States): where available, typically 2–5 business days transit time after dispatch.


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Free standard shipping applies to U.S. orders over $80 USD, calculated before taxes and after any discounts.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become visible after dispatch.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder, and then contact us at support@byexora.com with your order number.

5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays or operational disruptions.

  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

  • Customs processing or regulatory inspections.

  • U.S. and Hong Kong public holidays.

  • High order volumes during sales events or peak seasons.

  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions affecting our fulfillment partners.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by such circumstances; however, we will work with the carrier to resolve issues whenever possible.

6. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. A reshipment fee may apply, and we reserve the right to deduct any additional shipping costs from a refund if the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of accepting reshipment.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, misplacement, or loss after delivery. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, building managers, or front-desk staff.

  • Look around the delivery location, including porches, mailboxes, and side doors.

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a missing-package claim.

If after these steps you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@byexora.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will assist you to the extent reasonably possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the products. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applied where required by law.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address, items, or quantities cannot be guaranteed. Requests to modify or cancel an order must be received within 12 hours of order placement, before fulfillment begins. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at the email below with your order number.
