Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US and HK public holidays). Once dispatched, standard delivery within the US takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping (where available) takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Total time = processing + transit.

Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders over $80 USD (calculated before taxes, after discounts). Shipping rates for orders under $80 are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. Shipping to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes may be limited — please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days, check your spam folder — then email us at support@byexora.com with your order number.

First, check with neighbors, household members, building management, or your mailbox/front desk. Packages are sometimes left in a secure location nearby. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us at support@byexora.com with your order number and we'll help investigate with the carrier.

Contact us immediately at support@byexora.com. We can only modify the address before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes are not possible and we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Once a Return Authorization (RA) number is issued, the item must be physically received by us within 14 days of the RA issue date.

Email us at support@byexora.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible. Never send a return without an RA number — it will be rejected and returned at your expense.

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused
  • Free of odors (perfume, body spray, smoke, food, etc.)
  • Free of makeup, stains, hair, or pet hair
  • Original tags attached and intact
  • Returned in original packaging (dust bags, polybags, inserts)
  • Accompanied by your order number and RA number

Returns that do not meet all conditions will be rejected.

Items purchased with a 20% or greater discount code, or during promotional events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, end-of-season sales, etc.) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This also applies to items explicitly marked "Final Sale" or "No Returns" at the time of purchase.

The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Earrings, body jewelry, and pierced jewelry (hygiene)
  • Swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and shapewear (if hygiene seal is removed)
  • Hair accessories (clips, headbands, scrunchies, extensions)
  • Cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care items
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
  • Limited edition or pre-order items

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

We're sorry about that. Email us at support@byexora.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll resolve the issue promptly — at no cost to you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments (PCI DSS compliant). We never store your card details.

Contact us immediately at support@byexora.com — we process orders quickly and can only make changes before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You would need to follow the return process after delivery.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, verify that you entered the correct email address at checkout. You can also contact us at support@byexora.com with the name and email used for the order and we'll resend your confirmation.

Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive). Check that the code hasn't expired and that your cart meets the minimum order requirement. Some codes cannot be combined with other promotions. If the issue persists, contact us at support@byexora.com before placing the order.

Yes. byexora.com is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification. We never store your card details on our servers.

Yes, gift cards are available on byexora.com. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They can be used toward any eligible purchase on byexora.com.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide rather than going by your usual size, as sizing can vary by style. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us at support@byexora.com with your measurements and we'll help.

We work hard to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration, monitor settings, and photography lighting. If you need a closer look at a specific shade, don't hesitate to contact us.

Care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment. Always follow the specific instructions for the fabric type. When in doubt, we recommend cold hand wash or delicate machine wash and air drying flat to preserve shape and color.

Popular styles do get restocked. To be notified when a specific size or color becomes available, use the "Notify me" option on the product page (if available), or email us at support@byexora.com with the product name and size.
